Shipping
Once payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A further email will notify you when your order has been shipped, including your tracking number. Orders are dispatched within 10 working days from our studio. Delivery times depend on the destination and the courier. We ship via DHL.
Customs duties
We will not be held responsible for any customs charges arising from the import of goods. All prices are listed in euros and are tax-free. The price shown at the time of placing the order is the only valid price. Any additional customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders cannot be cancelled on the basis of unexpected duties or charges. Please consult your local customs website for further information.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (as confirmed by the courier’s delivery notification).
If you have changed your mind or the item does not meet your expectations, please contact us by email before sending the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The item must be returned adequately packaged to prevent breakage. The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipment. In the case of damaged or used items, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund, proportionate to the damage found.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the refund will be issued using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, after the return has been received and inspected.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the item and the packaging, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible and assess the refund.
